ParagonHaven Group LLC — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and ParagonHaven Group LLC (“PHG,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your access to and use of our website located at paragonhavengroup.com (the “Site”) and any related forms, portals, or services we provide (collectively, the “Services”).

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.

1. Services Overview

PHG operates as an independent consulting and construction management group that supports licensed general contractors and homeowners throughout the planning and execution of residential remodeling and construction projects.

Our Services may include:

-Providing project coordination, management, and administrative support to licensed contractors;

-Offering homeowners access to project-planning resources and third-party financing options;

-Facilitating communication among property owners, lenders, and licensed contractors;

-Assisting with documentation, scheduling, and workflow organization related to remodeling projects.

PHG does not perform construction work, does not hold a contractor’s license, and is not a party to any construction contracts between homeowners and licensed contractors. All construction services are
performed exclusively by independent, state-licensed contractors.

2. Eligibility & User Representations

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

-You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;

-All information you provide to PHG is true, accurate, current, and complete;

-You will maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate and complete;

-You have the authority to share property and project information, and—if you are not the property owner—to obtain owner authorization before proceeding.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

-Use the Services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms;

-Provide accurate information and documentation related to your project or financing inquiry;

-Cooperate with PHG, our licensed contractor partners, and any approved financing partners;

-Refrain from submitting false or misleading information or misrepresenting eligibility for any financing program.

4. Modifications to the Services

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without liability. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of material changes when practical.

5. Disclaimers Regarding Contractors and Financing

Independent Contractors:
All construction and installation services are performed by third-party, state-licensed contractors. PHG does not supervise or control the means, methods, or workmanship of these contractors and is not responsible for their performance, warranties, or compliance with applicable laws.

Financing Options:
Any financing opportunities or “no payment until sale or refinance” programs are offered through independent third-party lenders. PHG does not extend credit, make lending decisions, or guarantee approval or loan terms.

No Guarantee of Results:
PHG provides administrative and consulting support only and makes no guarantees regarding financing approval, project outcomes, or contractor performance.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, and software—is owned by or licensed to PHG and protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PHG DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL PHG, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. PHG’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO PHG FOR THE SERVICES, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PHG and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

If a dispute arises, you agree first to contact PHG at [email protected] to attempt an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue legal remedies as set forth above.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top of this page indicates when the latest revisions took effect. Your continued use of the Services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
